It’s final. Former Sen. Manuel “Mar” Roxas 2nd, defeated candidate for Vice President in the 2010 elections, would be working possibly as presidential adviser at Malacanang, not at the Department of Transportation and Communications, a spokesman for President Benigno Aquino 3rd said on Friday.
