ILOCOS NORTE, Philippines - Former first lady and current Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Imelda Marcos has yet to decide if she agrees with Vice-President Jejomar Binay's proposal that former strongman Ferdinand Marcos be buried with military honors in the province.
