The House of Representatives will conduct a separate investigation into the validity of the plea bargain agreement between the Office of the Ombudsman and retired military comptroller Maj. Gen. Carlos Garcia.Iloilo Rep. Niel Tupas Jr., chairman of the House justice committee, said the investigation will start at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday next week.
