CIMATU WAIVES RIGHTS TO BANK SECRECY TO PROVE INNOCENCE

roy cimatuTHE former four star general and now head of the DFA Middle East Preparedness Committee said over the weekend that he is waiving his rights under Bank Secrecy Law to prove that he was never been part of the anomaly in the military during his 37 years in service.

“I am waiving my rights under Bank Secrecy Law to give any legitimate investigating body a free hand to look into my accounts including my wife and my only son,” former AFP Chief of Staff General Roy Cimatu told newsmen at the regular weekly forum, Kapihan sa Sulo.
