MABUTAS, Manila Bulletin  MANILA, Philippines — The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) is suspending indefinitely its trips from Monumento Station in Caloocan City to Roosevelt Station in Quezon City as it looks into the circumstances that led to the collision of two of its trains last Friday.LRTA Spokesman Hernando Cabrera said the Monumento-Roosevelt trips were suspended pending the investigation.  |
