Lauro Vizconde on Tuesday said he feels vindicated and relieved after a reinvestigation of the Vizconde massacre case showed that Hubert Webb was in the country at the time of the murders.
In an interview, Vizconde said the testimonies of 7 new witnesses confirm what his camp had been claiming all along -- that Webb was allegedly in the country at the time the crime was committed, and that he and his cohorts were allegedly responsible for the murders of Vizconde's wife Estrellita, and his daughters Carmela and Jennifer, in 1991.
