By abs-cbnNEWS.com  Administrative, civil, and criminal charges will be filed against a LRT train driver and a virtual switch operator over the collision of 2 trains last week. One of them was using his cell phone just before the crash, according to an investigation made by the Light Railway Transit Authority (LRTA).TLRTA board secretary Hernando Cabrera told ANC’s Top Story that based on their probe, one of the trains was also running at full throttle at around 61 kilometers per hour (kph) in a 40-kph limit area.  |
