Three police officers beating a man who is on a heated argument with one of the said police officers. According to ABS-CBN, the three policemen identified as PO2 Richelle Antonio, PO2 Gerardo Bermudez, and PO2 Fernando Acosta have been relieved from duty while an investigation is ongoing, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Monday, April 7.
