- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (exams will be rescheduled, no classes tomorrow)

- University of the Philippines, Manila: Classes and offices are suspended
- University of the East, Manila and Caloocan campuses: All levels
- Miriam College: All levels
- De La Salle University Taft Campus: All levels and offices
- De La Salle University Makati and Ortigas Extension and DLSU Science and Technology Complex including offices
- Arellano University
- Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila: All levels
- Far Eastern University – Manila, FEU – EAC, FEU Diliman and FEU Makati: No classes
- Centro Escolar University Makati: No classes tomorrow
