THE secessionist Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) recently approached its “No. 1 Most Hated Filipino politician” to express its desire to be a part of the leadership and governance of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM).
The MILF move was immediately relayed by former Gov. Emmanuel Piñol of North Cotabato, a stalwart of President Benigno Aquino 3rd’s Liberal Party, and Davao Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to the President.
