The Memphis Grizzlies knock out the Spurs 99-91 to advance to the Western Conference Semis.


THE GRIZZLIES HAVE DONE IT. As they knocked out the number one seed (San Antonio) they also notched up their first Playoff series win as a franchise. Zach Randolph had a huge game when it mattered most scoring 31 points, with 16 of those coming in the final quarter. Final score 99-91. Memphis will now face OKC in the Western Conference Semi-Finals.

Memphis are only the fourth team in NBA Playoff history to knock off the first seed in the first round.

NBA fans, the 2010-11 first round of the Playoffs is now officially in the books. Bring on the Semi-Finals!
