In "Cars 2," Lightning McQueen (voiced again by Owen Wilson) competes in the World Grand Prix, taking him to Tokyo, Paris, Italy, and, of course, London. With Mater (voiced by Larry the Cable Guy) in tow, they get mistaken for spies by the fearless British secret agent Finn McMissile (voiced by Michael Caine).
