By abs-cbnNEWS.com  Two Filipinos were killed in the magnitude 9 earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan last March 11, authorities said on Monday. As of posting time, the names of the victims, a woman and her child, had not yet been released by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).In a press conference in Tokyo, DFA officials said the Philippine government will need more than P3 billion to evacuate around 300,000 Filipinos in the country.  |
