FORMER Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Angelo Reyes was finally laid to rest Sunday, bringing to his grave everything he knew that he had kept close to his heart after he was implicated by a former colleague and a close family friend to alleged corruption in the military.
Reyes was buried in accordance with military tradition on noon time at the dignitary section of the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City (Metro Manila) with full military honors befitting a former military chief of staff and former secretary of national defense.
