FORMER military budget officer Lt. Col. George Rabusa on Friday submitted to the Deparartment of Justice (DOJ) a supplemental affidavit detailing allegedly corrupt practices in the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).Rabusa earlier submitted an affidavit on February 2, along with his request to be placed under the DOJ’s Witness Protection Program (WPP).
