Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has officially constituted a panel of prosecutors to conduct a preliminary investigation on the murder complaint filed by the family of slain ethnobotanist Leonard Co against officers of the Army’s 19th Infantry Battalion.Co and 2 of his companions were killed in Kananga, Leyte during a military operation last November 15, 2010.
