The daughters of slain publicist Salvador Dacer are “deeply saddened and extremely disappointed” by the Court of Appeal (CA)’s exoneration of Sen. Panfilo Lacson, the alleged mastermind in the murders of their father and his driver more than a decade ago.“We will work with our lawyers to study other legal remedies that we have and we will proceed from there,” a statement from the Dacer sisters read as they vowed to contest the CA ruling issued last Thursday.
