The controversial Reproductive Health (RH) Bill and the Freedom of Information (FOI) Bill are two of 25 measures that leaders of the House of Representatives plan to pass before the lower chamber goes on break in late March, House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. said Thursday.
Belmonte said that he and other House leaders “are targeting to finish" 25 bills before March 24, when lawmakers are scheduled to take a break from sessions in observance of the Holy Week.
