By RG Cruz, ABS-CBN News  Allies of Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in the House of Representatives on Wednesday scored President Aquino’s apparent failure to prevent Tuesday’s bombing in Makati City.House Minority Leader Edcel Lagman said President Aquino ignored warnings by overseas allies that there were possible security threats in the Philippines. Lagman was referring to the travel advisories issued by countries such as the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.  |
