'GOV'T NOT BRAVE ENOUGH TO ADMIT MILITARY KILLED BOTANIST'

evalynA lawyer said Saturday that the administration of President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III is not brave enough to accept the military's liability in the killing of botanist Leonard Co and 2 others last November.

"We were hoping that the government would do differently this time by admitting that its military was responsible... No administration has been brave enough to pinpoint the liability of its military," lawyer Evalyn Ursua said in a statement.
