The Barangay Ginebra crushing GlobalPort with a 95-78, and joined to the second round of the PBA Philippine Cup quarterfinals on Friday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City.
Japeth Aguilar led ginebra with 19 points, seven rebounds and six blocks while fellow Gin King Greg Slaughter had a double double of 11 points and 11 boards to lift Ginebra to the second phase of the quarterfinals.
Stanley Pringle high scored for GlobalPort with 26 points, while Terrence Romeo had 21 markers.
Ginebra will next face Talk 'N Text, which defeated Barako Bull in the other quarterfinal match of the day.
