LG has announced the Optimus L1 II as an extremely budget device for emerging markets. LG Optimus L1 II, the smallest member of the group and sits below the Optimus L3 II. The Optimus L1 II is a single-SIM device comes with a 3-inch QVGA display, 1GHz processor, 2MP camera with VGA video recording and a 1,540mAh battery. It also has QuickMemo app and Cheese Shutter to capture images using voice.
