MANILA, Philippines – Cebu Pacific Air cancelled flights (domestic and international) on December 4 due to bad weather caused by Super Typhoon Pablo. The flights are either bound for or from the Visayas and Mindanao region.

“You may also choose to rebook for travel within 30 days without penalties,” the airline said.
