For the public's convenience, the Department of Foreign Affairs or DFA have made an issuance of liable list of websites where you can set up any appointments regarding your passport applications specifically to the people in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Aside from this websites, DFA also made a DFA Appointment System with a mobile hotline number, so you can call about your application. The number is (02) 737-1000 which will be available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday's to Saturday's.
According to DFA, they've made this 'DFA Appointment System' to give the public the "convenience of getting an appointed date, time, and option for passport delivery."
As for the Seniors, infants, minors, PWD and OFW's special lanes are provided.
DFA said in a statement, "Special lanes for senior citizens, infants and minors below one year old, persons with disabilities (PWD), and overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) are also available."
