MANILA, Philippines - The son of Marcos lawyer, Oliver Lozano, was found dumped and burned in Porac, Pampanga days after being abducted by still unidentified men.
Emerson Lozano had been missing since January 12. His family believed he was abducted after police found the charred remains of his companion, Ernanie Sensil, the next day in Tarlac province.
