At 11 a.m. on Friday, October 11, the eye of Typhoon Santi was spotted at 230 kilometers East of Baler, Aurora with maximum sustained winds of 130 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 160 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 15 kph.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has released its latest weather forecast update, 4 a.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2012, noting that Typhoon Pablo (international name Bopha) continues to weaken as it moves toward Northern Palawan.
