The price of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has started dropping due to the oncoming release date of its successor "Samsung Galaxy Note 3". The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be unveiled in the third
quarter of this year and possible this coming September but
there are speculations that Samsung will hold the announcement of the
Note 3 to indulge on the annual IFA event in Berlin.

The handset are expected to have a 6-inch screen - well, 5.99-inches - with a 1080p full HD resolution, a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with an Adreno 330 GPU, as well as a 13-megapixel main camera and S Pen capabilities and it will likely run the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system with the Samsung TouchWiz user interface on top.

Pricing on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is yet to even be rumoured, but we think it will probably be more expensive than the Galaxy Note 2. After all, the screen is much larger.
