GMA SPEAKS UP BEFORE TRANSFER TO VETERANS, HITS PNOY GOV'T FOR 'PREJUDGING' HER

MANILA, Philippines - The night before her transfer to the hospital where her predecessor was detained a decade ago, former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo granted an interview with a television station on Thursday.

Donned in a navy blue sleeveless dress with accents of red and green and without any neck or shoulder brace, the 64-year-old Arroyo insisted that she was innocent of the electoral sabotage charges filed against her by the Commission on Elections.
