These include an extensive surveillance on the son of former Senator Ramon Revilla Sr., as well as a failed first attempt on Ramgen's life.
ABS-CBN News secured a photo of Norwin dela Cruz, one of the 7 suspects in Ramgen's murder.
Dela Cruz is said to be the live-in partner of Glaiza Vista, another suspect.
Based on the statement of star witness Ruel Puzon, Dela Cruz was part of the group that failed to kill Ram on the first try last October 12.
In his sworn statement, Puzon said, "...madaling araw noong 12 ng October 2011 sila po ay nagpunta sa bahay ni Ramgen sa BF Parañaque at doon nga po ay papatayin nila si Ramgen. Pero sabi po ni Michael ng kumnatok sila ni Kiko sa kwarto ni Ramgen sa 2nd floor ay bigla silang nakarinig ng kasa ng baril kaya tumakbo sila pababa at sumakay sila ng sasakyan sa tapat ng bahay nila Ramgen at pumunta na nga po sila sa bahay ko."
Puzon said the suspects were already at Ram's bedroom door, but they were forced to leave when they heard the sound of a gun being cocked.
