Education Undersecretary Dino de Vera announced the suspension upon recommendation from the weather bureau Pagasa.
Meanwhile, Taal in Batangas and San Carlos City in Pangasinan have also cancelled classes Wednesday.
Radio dzMM reported that Tina Ganzon, DepEd’s Director for Communications, said that afternoon classes in the elementary and high school levels in Taal were suspended while San Carlos City cancelled classes from preschool to high school.
Pagasa forecasted that rain fall will be “moderate to heavy” starting this afternoon. – Dennis Datu, dzMM
