DOHA, Qatar—Senate Pro Tempore Jinggoy Estrada called on authorities back home for more stringent security measures at the country’s exit points amid reports reaching him that Filipino crime groups involved in drug smuggling and illegal gambling remain active in many areas in the Middle East.
