A series of low-pressure systems will bring rain over most parts of the country this week, the weather bureau said yesterday.
Graciano Yumul, supervising undersecretary of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said the western section of Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
