Oozing with sarcasm, President Aquino yesterday fired back at his predecessor Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, who has accused his administration of a leadership vacuum.
Aquino said being tagged as Arroyo’s exact opposite is the best compliment he ever received. “From what I understand of what she said, I am different from her.
