DENR CHIEF: DROWNING KILLED TONS OF FISH IN BATANGAS

About 500 metric tons of fish drowned for lack of oxygen in Taal Lake in Batangas on Saturday, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) said yesterday.
