The district court here yesterday deferred the verdict on Ilocos Sur Rep. Ronald Singson for drug trafficking.Wan Chai District Court Judge Joseph Yau ordered the reading of the sentence on Singson deferred to Feb. 24, a day after the court hears mitigating factors on the case.
