Puerto Princesa Mayor Edward Hagedorn has raised to P2 million the reward for the capture of the conspirators and the mastermind in the murder of Palawan environmental defender and broadcaster Dr. Gerry Ortega.The figure is higher than the P1-million bounty earlier announced by Hagedorn to intensify the dragnet for the arrest of Rodolfo Edrad, alias “Bumar,” and Armando Noel, alias “Salbakuta.”
