Former Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay on Friday denied that he received military funds during the time of then chief of staff Diomedio Villanueva.“That I still have to collect because I have not received a single centavo from the Armed Forces,” Pichay, a former chairman of the House national defense committee, said at the resumption of the Senate’s hearing on military corruption.
