Aurelio, Philippine Daily Inquirer  Brothers Raymond and Roger Dominguez—the alleged leaders of a car-theft syndicate—on Thursday asked the DOJ to dismiss the complaint filed against them in connection with the death of car dealer Emerson Lozano.“For lack of sufficient evidence, Roger and Raymond, after due notice and hearing, most respectfully pray for the outright dismissal of the instant complaint [for car theft with murder],” the brothers said in a joint counter-affidavit submitted to Assistant State Prosecutor Eden Wakay-Valdes.  |
