Bulusan covered the entire town of Irosin in Sorsogon yesterday as the volcano came to life, prompting Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo to warn provincial and town officials there to prepare for any eventuality.Robredo said affected municipalities, particularly the town of Irosin, should immediately activate their respective local disaster risk reduction management councils to formulate concrete plans of action in case of a devastating eruption.  |
