Lawyer Oliver Lozano and family filed a complaint affidavit today before the Department of Justice charging Raymond Dominguez, Roger Dominguez, and John Does for carjacking with murder for the death of his son, car dealer Emerson Lozano, last January 12."The carnapping and brutal murder were committed by the Dominguez syndicate/organized group of the respondents taking advantage of nighttime and in conspiracy with one another by concerted action, direct participation and indispensable cooperation showing common design tocommit the barbaric crime; hence, the act of one was the act of all," the complaint read.
