Back-to-back success for Batang Gilas. The Philippines started the game rather cautiously and even trailed at one point (27-20) in the second quarter, but a 10-0 run allowed them to go into half-time leading 30-27.
Batang Gilas returned from the locker-room a different side and unleashed a 28-9 in the third period for their 70-51 victory.
