Lisa Gade reviews the OnePlus One (yes, finally!). We do something different here and look at the Chinese version with FDD-LTE, GSM and 3G that works in the US and worldwide and it has some EU LTE bands too. Our review unit came from LightIntheBox.com, who sells this version flashed with the International version’s CyanogenMod 11S rather than Color OS.

The OnePlus One runs Android 4.4 on a quad core 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 with 3 gigs of RAM and 16 or 64 gigs of storage. It’s sold as an unlocked phone for use with any GSM carrier and the international version is $299- $349 depending on storage capacity. The CN version is $370 and doesn’t require an invite to purchase, unlike the international version.
The smartphone has a 1920 x 1080 IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3, a 5MP front camera and 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor sensor and 4K video recording, dual band WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and GPS.
