Authorities said substandard materials used in the construction of a 20-foot warehouse wall in Bulacan may have caused it to collapse and kill 11 people Monday.
Authorities said heavy rains the past few days may have weakened the wall's foundation.
Eleven people were killed after the wall of a warehouse along MacArthur Highway in Barangay Ilang-ilang, Guiguinto, Bulacan collapsed on Monday afternoon.
