The L&M Gym was owned by longtime boxing man, trainer and friend Lito Mondejar.
It was a small, crowded, dirty gym which somehow hardened the fighters who trained there including Pacquiao who later bought the gym, had it torn down and constructed a seven storey building which includes a well-appointed gym and offices.
