The National University (NU) Bulldogs thoroughly demolished the hapless Adamson University Falcons, 62-25, to take the solo lead in the UAAP Season 77 men's basketball tournament Wednesday at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

The Bulldogs stamped their class on the Falcons, holding Adamson to the lowest scoring output in a UAAP game since 2003. The University of the Philippines in 2013 and NU in 2011 had set the previous marks with 39 points in losses to the University of Santo Tomas and Ateneo, respectively.
