Mayor Guia G. Gomez declares NO CLASSES in ALL LEVELS in the city of San Juan, Metro Manila tomorrow Monday and Tuesday, June 23 and 24, 2014, to allow the faculty members and students to participate in the "2014 wattah wattah festival".
Everyone is advised to take precautionary measures, stay safe and avoid passed on the main road people of San Juan, Manila celebrate this by wetting everyone they see.
