Lisa Gade reviews the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 inch Android tablet. This is Samsung's midrange 10" class tablet and it replaces the Tab 3 with some serious improvements. The Galaxy Tab 4 weighs just over a pound and is 0.31" thick, making it very portable. It has a front 1.3MP camera and a rear 3MP camera and it lists for $349.
The Tab 4 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with Samsung's TouchWiz UI on a 1.2GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU with 1.5 gigs of RAM. It has 16 gigs of storage and a microSD card slot. We look at the WiFi-only model with dual band WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, a GPS and IR blaster for AV remote control.
