TOP 10 REGISTERED ELECTRICAL, MASTER ENGINEER



Lord Llona, a graduate of the Mariners Polytechnic College Foundation, topped the written exam for Second Marine Engineer Officers with an 87.75 percent rating.


Nicol Thadeus Gravidez and Mark Wilson Fernandez, both from the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy, followed at second and third places with ratings of 87.50% and 87.25%, respectively.
