Philippine Senators SALN Reports for 2012, Chiz” Escudero the poorest senator


Senator-elect Francis “Chiz” Escudero the poorest senator with almost P4.02 million, based on the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) they submitted to the Senate.


The senator-elect explained earlier that his wealth decreased because he transferred the ownership of his properties to his two children after his marriage was annulled.

Senator Manuel Villar Jr. remains the Philippine Senate’s richest member.
