Promo Mechanics

1. All BPI, BPI Fmaily Savings Bank, and BPI Direct deposit account holders are entitled to join the "ENROLL, LOAD & WIN" promo.
   
2. The Promo is from October 1 to December 31, 2012.
   
3. BPI Clients can earn electronic raffle numbers when they enroll their Smart and Talk 'N Text SIM in BPI Express Mobile and use Mobile Banking within the promo duration. Mobile Banking users will earn raffle entries as follows:

5. BPI shall be drawing the winners monthly via the electronic draw with the presence of a DTI representative. Non-winning entries in the monthly draw will automatically be included in the Grand Draw but not in the succeeding monthly draw.
   
6. A BPI Client can only win once for the entire promo duration. If a name is drawn more than once in the Grand draw, the winner gets the prize of the higher value.
   
7. Winners will be informed within ten (10) calendar days from the time of the draw via e-mail and registered mail. Likewise, the list of winners will be posted on BPI's website, www.bpiexpressonline.com.
   
8. To claim their prize, winners should present the letter, their BPI Debit/ ATM card and a valid ID. Should a representative need to claim the prize for the winner, he/she must present the same requirements plus an authorization letter from the winner.
   
9. Winners have ninety (90) calendar days to claim their prize from the receipt of the registered mail. They may claim their prize at 9F BPI Card Center Building, 8753 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City 1226.
   
10. Winners from the provinces will have their prize delivered to them by BPI; however, winners will have to shoulder delivery fees.
    
11. All winners will agree to have their names and photographs published and printed as deemed necessary for any Press Release of BPI or Smart.
    
12. All BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, BPI Direct, Smart employees and their advertising agencies, including their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified to join.
    
13. All prizes are tax-free and not convertible to cash.
    
14. Prizes not claimed within ninety (90) days from receipt of registered mail will be forfeited in favor of BPI with prior DTI approval.
    
15. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with concurrence of DTI will be final and binding.
